An English-language deck that took the Cepu Field team’s innovation to an Asia Pacific conference stage.
Visual concept
For an international audience, we made Indonesian culture the face of the deck: Balinese dancers, frangipani and gold ornament, paired with the team’s line “Real Innovation, Real Efficiency, Save Your Money”.
Storyline
The storyline follows the quality assessment format: problem definition, the fishbone diagram, dominant causes and their link to company KPIs, stakeholder analysis, and the results after improvement.
